Landing page design in Dubai — one offer, one action, one number.
You end up with a live page at a URL on your own domain, its source in your repository, and a conversion event firing in your own analytics — so the cost of a lead is a number you can read yourself rather than one an agency reports to you.
- One action, agreed before design
- Built against a performance budget
- The page and its URL are yours
What's included
Six things a campaign page has to get right.
A landing page is a short document with an unusually high cost of being wrong — every visitor on it was paid for.
One action, defined first
What the page is for, what counts as a conversion, and what happens the moment someone completes it. Agreed in writing before a layout exists, because a page with two goals has none and the argument surfaces late otherwise.
The page as an argument, in order
Promise, proof, objection, action — sequenced as a wireframe and read top to bottom as a case rather than assembled as a run of attractive sections. Most pages that leak are not ugly; they answer the objection three screens after it lands.
Message match with the advert
The headline continues the sentence the ad started, in the same words. A visitor who has to re-read the page to check they are in the right place has already been given a reason to leave, and you paid for them to arrive.
Drawn for a phone on a mobile network
Campaign traffic arrives on a handset, often on a network nothing like your office wifi. That decides how much weight sits above the fold, how long the form is, and how many fields a thumb can get through standing at a lift.
Speed treated as a media cost
Every build here ships against a performance budget, and on a paid page it stops being an engineering preference: visitors who leave before the page paints were bought at the same rate as the ones who stayed.
Measurement wired before launch
A named conversion event, a thank-you state that can be counted, and the parameters your ad platforms need to attribute a lead — set up and tested on staging, not retrofitted in week two once the spend is already running.
Who it's for
Three moments when one page beats a site.
The condition that rules it out is simpler than any of them: if the purchase needs several pages of evidence before anyone acts, one page will not carry it and forcing the argument onto one reads as a pitch.
Budget approved, nowhere to send it
The media plan has a start date and the destination is still the homepage — a page carrying twelve messages, a full navigation and no idea which advert brought you. Restructuring the site to fix that costs more than the campaign and takes longer than it runs.
Your destination URL is the homepage.
One offer, with an expiry date
A launch, an off-plan release, an intake, an event. The offer stops existing on a known date, so it does not belong in a site's permanent structure — and it needs a page that can be written for it, measured, and then archived or redirected without touching anything else.
The offer expires and the site does not.
The same page, several times over
One campaign, but four audiences — a segment, an emirate, a language, a partner co-brand. Built once as a set of components, the variants are a headline and a proof block apart. Built four times by hand, they diverge inside a month and nobody can say which one performs.
You need this page again with a different headline.
How we deliver it
Five steps, and the conversion is defined first.
The order matters more here than on a site build, because a page that lands after the media buy has failed no matter how good it is.
01
Define the conversion
What the page is measured on, what counts as a qualified enquiry, where the enquiry has to arrive, and the date the spend starts. One page, one action — and if two actions are genuinely needed, that is the conversation to have now rather than at review.
02
Message and structure
The claim, the proof behind it, the objection and the ask, ordered as a wireframe. Reviewed next to the ad copy rather than on its own, because the page and the advert are one document read in two parts.
03
Design
The page drawn in Figma as components with the form's real states — empty, invalid, submitting, submitted. Variants and a second language are drawn here too, as siblings of the same page rather than as separate files that drift.
04
Build and instrument
Built into the stack you already run, then wired: conversion event, thank-you state, ad platform parameters, consent. Checked against the performance budget on staging, on a phone, before anything points at it.
05
Launch and hand over
A live URL, a test submission that lands where it is supposed to, and a written decision on what happens to the page when the campaign stops — kept, archived or redirected. That last one is the step most campaign pages never get.
Stack
Boring technology, chosen so the next developer recognises it.
Nothing here is exotic. That is the point: an unusual stack is a lock-in mechanism dressed up as innovation.

Deliverables
What you get, and where it lives.
A landing page is the one design deliverable that is a running thing rather than a file, so half of this list is about where it runs.
- A live page at a URL on your own domain, on the site you already run
- The source, either in your repository or as a template inside your CMS
- The Figma file, drawn as components with every form state — empty, invalid, submitting, submitted
- The wireframe the section order was agreed on, kept next to the final design
- A named conversion event that fires on submission, in your own analytics account
- A tracking note listing every event, every parameter, and what is withheld until consent is given
- The page measured against the performance budget before launch, with the numbers written down
- A written decision on what happens to the URL when the campaign stops
Nothing above depends on a subscription. A page assembled in a hosted builder stops existing when the billing does, and its analytics history goes with it — a poor trade for the afternoon it saves at the start, and the reason the page is built into your own stack instead.
Pricing
What a landing page costs.
Quoted per page
fixed price
A single landing page sits outside the published tiers on purpose: its scope is set by the campaign rather than by a page count. One page can be a hero and a form, or it can be five sections, an Arabic mirror and four variants. So it is quoted on its own, fixed before the work starts. For scale, the tier system opens at AED 16,000 — but that is a five-to-eight page site designed and built, a different product rather than a multiple of this one. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
What changes the priceWhat that covers
- The conversion defined before the layout
- Message match with the advert that feeds it
- One page designed and built, not a file handed on
- Conversion tracking and consent wired before launch
- Measured against the performance budget
- The page, its source and its URL in your accounts
Real estate
Property adverts in Dubai are placed under a permit issued through the Dubai Land Department, and what any particular permit allows is settled between you and whoever holds your advertising approvals rather than by us. Our part is narrower and practical: the page repeats what the advert was approved to say — same project, same completion date, same price basis — so nothing in the funnel contradicts anything ahead of it. The rest is speed of capture: an off-plan release is marketed in weeks, the enquiry arrives on a phone, and a lead loses value for every hour it sits unanswered — so where the form delivers and who is watching that inbox belong in the brief rather than in the handover.
Education
Admissions run to a calendar, so the page carries a deadline and has a lifespan measured in weeks rather than years. The form is the hard part. Parents are asked for a child's year group, a start term and a campus before anyone has answered their actual question, and every field added between the advert and the enquiry costs some of the people who clicked it.
A single campaign page is one of five services under our web design services and it is the only one whose deliverable is a live URL rather than a file. If the problem is that the site you already run converts badly across the board, rather than that a campaign has nowhere to land, conversion rate optimisation is the closer fit.
Questions
Asked before a campaign page is commissioned.
Navigation and purpose. A landing page has no menu and no competing messages — one argument, one action — while a page on your site belongs to a structure and has to serve people who arrived from anywhere. That is why the two are not interchangeable: a page written to answer everyone has to compromise, and campaign traffic arrives with one question already in mind.
A single landing page is quoted on its own rather than from the published tiers, because scope here is set by the campaign rather than by a page count. The tiers open at AED 16,000, but that buys a five-to-eight page site designed and built — a different product, not a fraction of this one. The price is fixed before the work starts and excludes 5% VAT.
Less than a site, and the date is set by your media plan rather than by us — which is why we quote it with the scope instead of publishing one. The schedule is usually dominated by two things that are not design: settling the offer and the proof behind it, and agreeing where the enquiry has to arrive. Both can start before anything is drawn.
On your own domain, as a path under the site you already run. A subfolder keeps the page inside the property that search engines and your analytics already know, and it means the URL outlives the campaign. A hosted page-builder subdomain is quicker on day one and more expensive after it: the page stops existing when the subscription does.
We write the interface text — labels, form errors, the thank-you state — and we structure the argument: what the page claims, in what order, and where each objection is answered. The offer itself, the proof and any performance figure have to come from you, because those are statements about your business a regulator can ask you to evidence. Where the argument has a hole, we say so before the page is designed around it.
Yes, before launch rather than after it. The page ships with a named conversion event that fires on submission, a thank-you state that can be counted, and the parameters your ad platforms need to attribute a lead — all tested on staging with a real submission. Consent follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law rather than a copied European banner, so whatever is withheld until a visitor agrees is withheld deliberately.
Usually not on a single campaign page, and it is worth saying why rather than selling the test. A split test needs enough conversions in each variant to separate a real difference from noise, and one campaign rarely produces that inside its own lifetime — so a result that looks decided after a week has often decided nothing. Structured testing belongs on pages with steady traffic, which is what conversion rate optimisation covers.
It is a second page, and it is priced as one. Arabic is a layout mirror rather than a translation layer, so the page is redrawn rather than switched — which also means it can carry a different offer if the Arabic audience responds to a different one. Campaigns usually run it as a separate ad set, so you get a cost per lead for each language instead of one blended figure.
